We offer a range of professional services, health options, gym & class room training, professional development and psychology services. Our staff is headed up by World Record Powerlifting Champion, Katrina Robertson. We offer high quality personal training and rehabilitation and consulting services as well as group classes and group learning in the IHELP Learning Centre. Our classes include a range of weights, cross training, balance, Pilates, yoga, strength, cardio and interval training. The Learning Centre is also available for hire for those wishing to conduct their own training. Our gymnasium, Simply Fit offers 12 different program types but each are individually tailored to achieve your goals and requirements. We think of Simply Fit as 'the thinking persons gym'.
